The main window tells you the version of the program you currently have installed and which operating system you're using. It also tells you the last time you used the program to make any changes.
From the same tab you can access all the information about any of the apps that run when you start Windows. Also, if you have the full version of the tool, you can directly remove them or simply disable them.
Startup Manager 2010 is a tool that works in a similar way to Windows' own System Configuration tool, although this app has a much cleaner interface and a wider array of useful options.
You can't erase or deactivate programs.
